ONLINE SUMMER REGISTRATION 2019

**Players from other cities must provide a release prior to registration**

 

REGULAR REGISTRATION:  

Lakeshore Baseball Association (LBA) reserves the right to close registration at any or all age categories after

April 30, 2019.  Acceptance of registration after this date is at the sole discretion of the LBA.

NOTES:  Families registering three or more players pay only for the two oldest, the rest are free.   Extra fees will apply to “A” level players.   Each team may have a separate budget for other expenses not included in the association fees.

REFUND POLICY:   A full refund will be provided for all requests received in writing by no later than April 30, 2019. Refunds after this date will be at the discretion of LBA and a $25 registration fee will be withheld. 

UNIFORMS:  To celebrate the 50th anniversary of Lakeshore Baseball, LBA will be issuing each player a special 50th anniversary team jersey.  These uniforms will be yours to keep and the cost is included in the registration fee. The regular LBA cap will also be provided. 

EQUIPMENT:  Each player is responsible for providing the following equipment, all of which is available at most sporting goods outlets:  Baseball pants (grey only), Baseball glove, CSA approved Baseball Helmet, athletic supporter, and baseball shoes.  

VOLUNTEERS:  LBA is a volunteer association and we need volunteers and our member parents to help run our programs.   If you can help out in any way it would be appreciated.  We are looking for Coaches, Assistant Coaches and Team Managers.  We also need volunteer Scorekeepers, Game Supervisors, and Umpires for special events such as hosted tournaments.  If you are interested in volunteering in any of these capacities please indicate this on the registration form.

SPRING TRAINING EVALUATION SCHEDULE:  Beginning this season, LBA will be enhancing the tryout process for the Atom through Midget levels.  Spring training / tryouts will begin in late April at an indoor facility and will move outdoors as the weather improves.  Players will be notified of the schedule for their age group however please consult this website and Facebook regularly as dates and location are subject to change. 

PHOTO CONSENT:  Throughout the season photos are taken by our Communications Team to be featured on our Website, Facebook page, and in LBA marketing materials used to promote amateur baseball in the Lakeshore region.  By registering with LBA online, you will be consenting to allow our association to use your child’s photo on the above platforms.
